To qualify for an apartment home at Weinberg Village IV, the following must be met:
- At least one member of the household must be 62 years of age or older
- All household members must fall within the income limits, as set forth by the Maryland Community Development Authority, for the year. The limits below are the current income limits for 2007. Income limits are subject to change
